# A coach is missing or their info is wrong

How coach contact data stays current, how to add a missing coach yourself, and how to report bad data.

Coaching staffs change constantly, especially in the offseason. Here's how that's handled.

## How the database stays current

We refresh coaching staff rosters, titles, and contact info on a monthly cadence across the whole database. If a coach just changed jobs, the update may not have landed yet.

## Add a missing coach yourself

You don't have to wait for the next refresh. On the program's profile page, click **Add Contact**, then fill in the coach's **Name**, **Title**, and **Email**. Contacts you add appear alongside the listed staff, and emails to them work exactly like emails to any listed coach, including tracking. ## Report bad data

Wrong email, departed coach, broken link, discontinued program: email support@productiverecruit.com with the school and what's wrong. These reports feed the refresh directly.
