# Adding & featuring videos

Add highlight videos from YouTube, Hudl, Balltime, or Vimeo to your profile, choose one to feature, and see how coaches view them.

Your highlight video is usually the first thing a coach looks at, so it deserves its own tab. Add clips from YouTube, Hudl, Balltime, or Vimeo, tag them, and pick one to feature at the top of your profile.

## Add a video

1. Open the **Videos** tab in your profile editor.
2. Click **Add Video**.
3. Fill in **Title**, **Source** (the provider dropdown), **Url**, and **Type** (a category tag like highlight reel).
4. Optionally check **"Feature this video at the top of my profile"**.
5. Add a **Description** if you want to give coaches context, then save.

The table shows Title, Type, Featured, and Views for every video you've added, so you can see at a glance which clip is doing the work.

## Feature your top video

Only one video can be featured at a time. Checking **"Feature this video at the top of my profile"** on a new or existing video automatically un-features whatever was featured before. You don't need to un-check anything first. Your featured video shows alongside your photo near the top of your public profile, and coaches can open it right from there.

## Choosing a provider

| Provider | URL format |
|---|---|
| YouTube | Full video URL (e.g. `youtube.com/watch?v=...`). |
| Hudl | A `hudl.com/video/...` or short `hudl.com/v/...` link. |
| Vimeo | A standard `vimeo.com/...` link. |
| Balltime | A `app.balltime.com/highlight/...` link. |
| Other | Any valid URL — it links out instead of embedding. |

> **YouTube clips and playlists aren't supported**
>
> Paste the full video URL (`youtube.com/watch?v=...`). If all you have is a clip or playlist link, open it, click through to the full video, and copy that URL instead.

YouTube, Hudl, and Vimeo links play in an embedded player right on your profile. Balltime clips embed too. Anything under "Other" shows as a plain link coaches click to open elsewhere.

## Track views

Every video logs a view when someone opens it from your public profile, and that count rolls up in the Views column on your Videos tab. It's a quick signal for which clip coaches are actually watching.

## Manage your videos

Edit or delete a video any time from the table. Once you have two or more videos, a **Reorder** button appears so you can drag them into the order you want. Accounts without an active **Recruit Pro** subscription are capped on how many videos they can add. Upgrade to remove that cap.
