College Coach Data Update: August 2026

Every month, our team reviews and refreshes the ProductiveRecruit coach database to make sure athletes are always reaching out to the right people. Coaches change schools, retire, or take new roles constantly, and sending a recruiting email to a dead address or the wrong coach is a missed opportunity you can't afford.

Here's what changed in August 2026:

• 3,412 coaches added — new hires, newly discovered contacts, and expanded coverage across sports and divisions
• 2,043 coaches updated — email addresses, titles, schools, and other contact details corrected
• 4,908 coaches removed — retired coaches, bad emails, and contacts who have left their programs

That's 10,363 coach records touched this month. We pulled another wave of stale, bounced, and departed contacts out of the database so your outreach list stays full of coaches who are actually there to read it. Fewer dead ends means more of your emails landing with the right person.
