ProductiveRecruit April 2026 Product Update
April brings two new ways to track where each college program stands in your recruiting process. Last Contacted timestamps now appear on your Target List, making it easy to surface programs you've reached out to recently — or ones gathering dust.

Last Contacted, now on your Target List
The biggest addition this month: every time you send an outreach email to a college program, your Target List records a timestamp for that contact.
You'll see this in two places:
- A Last Contact column you can sort by — handy for surfacing programs you've contacted recently, or programs gathering dust.
- A Last contacted filter with options for In the last week, Last month, Last 3 months, Over 3 months ago, and Never contacted.
If you've ever opened your Target List and wondered which programs need a follow-up — or which ones you added months ago and never actually reached out to — this is for you. Stale and never-contacted programs are now one click away.
Log a campus visit from the program view
Visited a school? You can now log it directly from the college program. A new graduation-cap action button opens a quick form where you can record how the visit went, add any notes you want to keep, and set the date you visited.
Together with Last Contacted, your Target List now reflects more of the actual story — not just who you've reached out to, but where you've actually been.
A round of live profile fixes
Your live profile is what colleges actually see, so we put extra effort into a few rough edges this month:
- Contact info shows in preview and share mode again. Phone, email, and other contact details weren't appearing on live profiles when viewing in preview mode or via a share link. Fixed.
- Long video and photo sections now scroll properly. If you had three or more rows of videos (or four or more photos), the section was being clipped and couldn't scroll. The page now reveals everything as you scroll.
- Faster loading. Video thumbnails now lazy-load, so profiles with lots of video come up faster.
Other fixes worth knowing about
- Draft emails no longer show a "sent" timestamp. Drafts only show a sent date once they're actually sent.
- More reliable approve/reject on college recommendations. Athletes were occasionally seeing errors when approving or rejecting recommended programs. Fixed, plus we added protection against accidental double-clicks on the confirm button.
- Program Activities correctly attributes college actions. On the program-level activity view, things like email opens, link clicks, and profile views were showing the admin's name instead of the college's name. They now show the college, which is what they should have all along.
