ProductiveRecruit October 2026 Product Update

October was a big one: eight launches, and each one got its own post. Here's the short version of all of them, plus a few improvements to AI templates that everyone gets.

For athletes and parents

College Matching

Tell us what you want in a college and every program in your sport and divisions gets a match %, ranked from best fit down, with the reasons behind it: academics, major, location, cost, and more. Your GPA and test scores are compared with each school's averages, so stretch schools are marked as a reach. Open Colleges, then Matches, and fill in a few preferences to get your list.

Roster needs

Which programs are likely to need your position in your class? We read the class years on every program's current roster, count the players at your position who graduate before you arrive, and show you those programs on College Search as a High, Medium, or Low roster opportunity. Program pages now show the current roster, the season record, and openings by position too. It covers 11 sports.

Your recruiting profile, rebuilt

Most coaches open your profile on a phone, usually between games. So we rebuilt it for that. Video plays right on the page, the numbers coaches check sit up top, and your next event is right under your name. If your club, high school, or recruiting service uses ProductiveRecruit, your profile now comes in their logo and colors.

Same link, same QR code, nothing to do. See everything that changed.

Better AI templates for everyone

• No more double sign-offs. If you have an email signature, the AI ends with a short closing instead of signing off twice.
• Your signature shows in the preview, so you see exactly what the coach gets.
• Blank spots get flagged. Pick a template that uses something your profile is missing, like your GPA, and you'll see a note before you send, with a link to update your profile. Campaigns no longer send an empty tag as raw text.
• A newer AI model that sounds more like you and sticks to the details you've filled in.

For clubs, high schools, and recruiting services

Engagement for organizations

The new Engagement page shows which college programs are engaging with your athletes, ranked by how many of your athletes each one reached with a click, a profile or video view, or a reply. Open any program to see exactly which athletes it engaged with.

AI templates for staff

Admins can write one email template with AI for the whole organization, in the athlete's voice. Each athlete's own details fill in when they send it from their own inbox. Admins and coaches can also write a template for one specific athlete, built from everything on their profile. Available on paid plans. Read the AI templates post.

Team brochures

A brochure for every showcase. Pick Cards, Roster, or Spotlight, paste the event schedule and AI pulls out your games, and every athlete gets a QR code to their profile. Brochures save per event, so next weekend's is a duplicate away.

Team and organization profiles

Every team now has a public page in your logo and colors, with a roster coaches can search and filter, your game times for the next event straight from its brochure, and Email and Text buttons for your staff. Your organization profile puts it all behind one link: every team, your recent commitments, a search across every athlete, and one recruiting contact.

Website embeds and the Website page

Set your logo and brand colors once on the new Website page, and your team pages, organization profile, brochures, and embeds all match. The rebuilt embeds put your team rosters, a searchable athlete directory, and your commitments, as a college logo wall or a homepage ticker, right on your own site. They update on their own as rosters change and athletes commit.
