Canceling
Cancel any time: open Subscription in the app, click Manage billing & payment methods, and choose to cancel in the billing portal. On a trial, you'll find a Cancel trial option right on the Subscription page instead.
You keep full access through the end of the period you've paid for, then your account drops to the free tier. Nothing is deleted: your profile, target list, and email history are all there if you come back. Organization billing isn't self-serve, so org admins should email [email protected] instead. Two things canceling does not do: it doesn't erase your data (that's deleting your account, a separate and permanent step), and deleting your account doesn't cancel billing. They're independent.
Pausing
There's no pause button, and you don't need one. Canceling is the pause: your work is saved on the free tier, and you can resubscribe whenever the recruiting calendar picks back up.
Refunds
Fees are non-refundable under our subscription agreement. If something looks wrong with a charge, like a duplicate payment or a renewal you didn't expect, email [email protected] and we'll take a look. Canceling always stops future billing, and you keep access through the period you've paid for.
