Every interaction you have with a college program, and every interaction a coach has with your emails or profile, gets logged automatically in your activity feed. It's the single place to answer "what's actually happened with this school?" without digging back through your inbox.
Where to find it
A short version lives right on your dashboard: the Recent Activity card shows your last 10 activities as a timeline, with a View all link that opens the full feed (breadcrumb Dashboard > Activities).
The full feed lists everything (not just the last 10) as a table you can filter and page through.
What gets logged
Anything you do — sending an email, adding a note, completing a task, changing a program's status — creates an entry. So does anything the college does in response: opening your email, clicking a link, viewing your profile, or replying. Common activity types include:

Each row in the full feed shows the Program (with logo), the color-coded Type badge shown above, and a relative Date. Hover either the date or a badge for the exact timestamp or full description.
Filtering and viewing details
Use the Filter by type dropdown to narrow the feed to one kind of activity, handy when you just want to see every time a coach opened an email, for instance. If nothing matches, you'll see No activities found.
Rows for email activity (Email Sent, Opened, Link Clicked, Reply) get an extra view action: click it to open the full email conversation thread, or a read-only preview if the email isn't part of a thread. Other activity types — notes, status changes, tasks — are informational only in the feed itself; go to the program's page to act on them.
For organizations: activity across your whole roster
If you run a club, high school, or recruiting service, your space has its own Activity page that rolls up every athlete's activity into one feed. It answers the question you can't answer from a dashboard number: who is actually doing the work, and which schools are responding.
The table adds an Athlete column to what an individual sees, so each row reads as athlete, college, type, detail, and date. Two filters sit above it:
- Filter by athlete to pull up one player's full history, useful right before a check-in call with them or their parents.
- Filter by type to see one kind of activity across everyone, like every email opened this week or every athlete who logged a campus visit.
Email rows get the same view action, so you can open the actual message an athlete sent without logging in as them.
Your admin dashboard also carries a Recent Activity card with the latest activity across your athletes, and each athlete's own profile has an activity view if you'd rather start from the person than the feed.
Why it matters
The activity feed is where your outreach effort turns into evidence. If you're not sure whether a school has gone cold or you just haven't followed up, scroll their activity. It tells you exactly what's been sent, seen, and clicked, and when. Pair it with opens, clicks & views explained to understand what actually counts as engagement, and target list status to see how activity ties into where a program sits in your pipeline.
