Athletes change clubs, graduate from high schools, and part ways with recruiting services. None of that deletes your recruiting work. Your profile, target list, activity history, and every email you've sent stay on your account, because the account is yours even when an organization pays for it.
If you're leaving your organization
Ask your club, school, or service admin to remove you from their roster and convert your account to a personal one — it's a checkbox for them when they archive you (see archiving & restoring athletes). Your account becomes a personal free-tier account you control, you log in with the same email and password, and everything on the account comes with you. From there you can subscribe directly if you want to keep Pro features — see Billing.
If your organization can't or won't do this, email [email protected] and we'll move you ourselves.
If your organization stopped using ProductiveRecruit
Same answer. When a club, school, or service ends its contract, its athletes' accounts don't vanish. If the organization's admins are no longer around to convert your account, reach out to support and we'll move you to a personal plan with your work intact.
If your billing runs through a recruiting service
Some accounts are created and billed by a partner service rather than by ProductiveRecruit. If you subscribed through one of these, billing changes and cancellations go through them, not us. Not sure who bills you? Check who charges your card, or just ask support and we'll tell you.
Joining a new organization that uses ProductiveRecruit
Don't create a second account. Use the "join with existing account" option on your new organization's registration page and your existing profile moves into their space. See linking your account to your organization.
