Links are for everything that isn't a video. Anything worth a coach's attention that doesn't have its own tab goes here, and it shows up on your public profile as a simple, clickable list.
What to link
- Your personal website or online recruiting résumé
- Press coverage: newspaper write-ups, local TV segments, tournament recaps, athlete-of-the-week features
- Stats and rankings pages: a club or high school stats database, a sport-specific ranking profile, a tournament results page
- Team pages: your club or high school roster page
- Other social accounts: TikTok, a YouTube channel, LinkedIn, or anything else you want coaches to see
Your X and Instagram handles have their own fields on the Contact tab, so add those there instead. See Building your profile. Every other account belongs here in Links.
Add a link
Go to the Links tab in your profile editor (under the Your Sport group, alongside Videos, Events, and Photos).
Click Add Link and fill in two fields. That's all it takes:
- Title: what the link is (e.g. "Club Stats Page" or "Star-Ledger Player Feature")
- Url: where it goes
Save, and it appears in your links table with its title and a truncated version of the URL.
Manage your links
Each link has three actions:
- View — opens the link in a new tab so you can double-check it
- Edit — update the title or URL
- Delete — remove it for good
Once you have two or more links, a Reorder option appears with a drag handle so you can arrange them. The order you set here is exactly the order coaches see on your public profile, so lead with whatever makes the strongest case, usually your personal site or your best piece of press.
There's no set limit on how many links you can add, but a short, curated list beats a long one. Give each link a clear title so a coach knows what they're clicking before they click it.
