No — the Photos tab on your profile is meant for pictures of you (action shots, team photos, a headshot), not for documents. Coaches view profile photos as a grid of small thumbnails, so a transcript, report card, or schedule uploaded there isn't a reliable way to get it in front of a coach.
Where to send it instead
Attach the file to an email instead:
- Reusing it across outreach? Add it as a template attachment so it rides along with every email or campaign sent from that template.
- Just one coach, one email? Attach it directly when you send a single email — you can attach up to 3 files there.
Template attachments accept PDF, PNG, JPG, JPEG, GIF, and WEBP files up to 7MB, so a scanned or exported transcript works fine either way.
What's next

- Build a reusable template in Email templates & variables.
- Round out your profile with real photos in Photos.
