ProductiveRecruit keeps pricing simple: one Recruit Pro plan for individual athletes and one Organization Pro plan for clubs, high schools, and recruiting services. There are no feature tiers: every Pro plan includes the full platform. The only thing that changes the price is how many athletes you're recruiting for.
For current numbers, productiverecruit.com/pricing has a live calculator and is always up to date. This article focuses on what each plan gets you.
Not sure which account type you need first? Start with Athlete vs. Organization accounts.
Recruit Pro (for athletes)
Recruit Pro is for an individual student-athlete or family. One flat price, everything included. That gets you the full athlete toolkit: college search and the full database, target lists, sending from your own Gmail, multi-coach campaigns, AI email templates, open/click/profile-view tracking, unlimited videos and photos, and multi-sport profiles.
Billed monthly or annually (annual saves two months). See the full feature list and current pricing.
Organization Pro (for clubs, high schools & recruiting services)
Organization Pro is priced by the number of athlete seats you need. The per-athlete cost drops as your roster grows, and larger rosters get custom pricing. Every athlete on your roster gets full Recruit Pro access, and your staff get the admin tools on top: dashboard and analytics, recruiting checklists, shared templates, unlimited team profiles, printable rosters, and website integrations. Staff seats scale with your roster size too.
Use the calculator on productiverecruit.com/pricing for your exact athlete count, or see the full feature list.
Trying it out
- Athletes can sign up for a 7-day free trial with the full feature set. It asks for a card up front and converts to a paid subscription when the trial ends (cancel anytime before then). A few usage caps apply during the trial so you can see real results without a full commitment — see How trials work for what's included.
- Organizations start with a demo call. We'll walk through the product live, answer your questions, and set up your account on the plan that fits your roster. No trial period, and no pressure either — the demo is where you kick the tires.
Monthly vs. annual
Both plans bill monthly by default. Switching to annual charges you for ten months instead of twelve — so you get two months free — and you can switch billing periods later. Annual is the better deal if you're committed for a full recruiting cycle.
Organizations with 50 or more athletes can save further by committing to a multi-year contract. Get in touch for details.
Changing or canceling later
Nothing is locked in. Athletes can cancel anytime from their billing portal. Organizations can add athletes at any point from the admin dashboard and billing adjusts automatically — you only pay for the seats you use. See Billing for how to manage all of this.
