Your dashboard is the first thing you see when you log in, and it's built to answer one question at a glance: is your outreach working? It pulls your emails, opens, clicks, and replies into a few tiles, a chart, and some to-do widgets so you don't have to dig through your activity feed to find out.
The date range picker
A date picker at the top drives everything else on the page: presets range from Today up through All Time (Last 7 Days, Last 14 Days, Last 30 Days, This Month, Year to Date, and Last Year are also in there). New accounts default to a shorter window automatically and settle into Last 14 Days as your account ages, so the numbers you see first are always relevant to how much history you actually have.
Your KPI tiles
Three tiles sit at the top, each with a small sparkline showing the trend inside your selected range:
- Emails Sent — outreach emails that went out (and were opened) in the range
- Programs Contacted — how many distinct college programs you've reached out to
- Engagements — every action a coach took on your outreach in the range: opens, clicks, profile views, video views, and replies, totalled as "N from M programs" with an icon chip for each signal that happened. The ⓘ beside the heading spells out what each icon means.
The Outreach & Engagement chart
Below the tiles, the "Outreach & Engagement" chart shows your recruiting funnel over time: Emails Sent, Opens, Clicks, and Replies, plotted daily for shorter ranges and monthly for longer ones. Click any item in the legend to hide or show that series. Click View details on the chart card to open the Engagement page, which breaks the same numbers down by program. Bot traffic and suspicious clicks are filtered out automatically, so what you see is real coach engagement. Read more in Opens, clicks & views explained. Before you've sent your first email, this section shows a simple prompt to compose one instead of an empty chart.
Getting-started and profile strength
New accounts see a short getting-started checklist (set up your profile, build your target list, and send your first email) with a button to jump straight to each step. Once your profile passes a completeness threshold, a Profile Strength widget takes over, showing a percentage and a list of what's still missing. See Building your profile for the full walkthrough.
Recruiting pipeline and tasks
A Recruiting Pipeline widget breaks your target list down by status (from Researching through Committed) so you can see where your list stands at a glance; full detail on statuses lives in Tracking status. Below that, a "Tasks to address" table surfaces anything due in the next three days, and if your account is part of an organization, a matching checklist-steps table shows upcoming checklist work too. See Tasks & reminders for how due dates and notifications work.
If you're on a trial, a banner up top counts down the days remaining and links straight to upgrading.
