Every team you create gets its own public profile page: a live, filterable roster that coaches, recruiters, and parents can browse without logging in. It's built to be shared directly with a college coach or embedded anywhere you'd put a link.
What's on a team profile
Each team profile page shows:
- An athletes grid with each athlete's photo, name, grad year, jersey number, primary position, GPA, and, if they've committed, a green Committed badge.
- A Schedule section listing team events (name, date, location, with a details link) — it only appears if the team has events.
- A Staff section listing coaches, team managers, and directors who've chosen to appear on the profile — it only appears if the team has staff.
Clicking any athlete's card links straight out to their individual recruiting profile.
Visitors can filter the roster by Grad Year and Position, with a Clear filters button once a filter is active. As the admin, you control the roster order from the team settings page: by jersey number (club or high school), name, grad year, grad year and position (which groups the page into grad-year sections), or manual drag-and-drop order.
Choosing who's included
From your team's athletes management page, each athlete has a Hide from team profile or Show on team profile toggle, plus a Remove from team option. Only athletes marked to show, with a profile filled out, appear on the public page. Use Re-order to drag athletes into a custom order when you've set the roster to manual ordering.
The team schedule
The schedule is managed from the team's Schedule tab. Organization admins can manage any team's schedule; coaches and team managers can manage the schedule for teams they're assigned to.
Each event has a name, a start date, and optional end date (for multi-day tournaments), start time, and location. The list shows upcoming events first, then past ones. When you add an event, you can copy it to other teams in your space at the same time, so a tournament the whole club attends only gets typed once.
Import a schedule with AI
Already have your season schedule as a spreadsheet, a PDF, or even a photo of a printed handout? Upload it and ProductiveRecruit reads it for you. From the Schedule tab, upload one CSV, image, or PDF (up to 7 MB) and the AI extracts every event it can find, usually in under 30 seconds.
Nothing saves automatically. Extracted events land in a review table where you can correct names, dates, times, and locations or remove rows entirely, then confirm to add them all to the schedule. If the file is hard to read (a blurry photo, for example), try a clearer shot. Each import counts as one AI generation against your monthly allowance, covered in How many AI generations do I get?.
Where the schedule shows up
Team events appear in two places automatically:
- The Schedule section of this team's public profile, visible to anyone with the link.
- Each rostered athlete's public profile, merged in with their personal events, for every athlete shown on the team profile. Athletes see these in their own Events editor too, marked with a team badge, but only staff can edit them. See Events.
Sharing the profile
From the team's Shareable Team Profile Link page, you get a readonly, copyable link plus a widget for sharing the profile straight to social media. This is the link to hand a college coach, post on social, or add to a recruiting email.
The same page has Print (full) and Print (compact) buttons for a printable version of the roster — see Printable rosters & QR codes for what each format includes.
Multiple teams
You're not limited to one roster. Create separate teams for different age groups, sports, or graduation classes, and each gets its own page, share link, and order settings.
