Turn your own website into a live recruiting hub. The Website Integrations page generates an embed snippet you paste into your site, and it renders a searchable directory of your athletes (or a showcase of the ones who've committed) right on your own domain.
Find the Website Integrations page
It isn't in the main sidebar navigation, which is why most people can't find it. Click your name and photo at the bottom of the sidebar to open your account menu, then choose Integrations. You'll land on the Website Integrations page with both widgets on it.
Two widgets, one page
Everything lives on the Website Integrations page, under two tabs:
- Athlete Search — a searchable, filterable directory of your athletes, so recruiters and coaches can browse your roster from your own site.
- Commitments — a showcase of athletes who've committed to play in college, with each commitment shown next to the school. This is covered in depth in Committed athletes showcase.
Getting the embed code
- On the Website Integrations page, open the Athlete Search or Commitments tab.
- If your account has more than one space, choose a scope from the select: All Spaces or a specific one, so you can embed a single team's or program's directory instead of your whole organization. See Spaces and teams if you haven't set those up yet.
- Click Copy Code.
- Paste the snippet into your website's HTML, wherever you want the directory to appear.
The snippet is a short block of HTML and JavaScript rather than a single line, but there's nothing to configure inside it. It includes a small resize script so the embedded frame automatically adjusts its height to fit the content, so you don't need to guess a fixed height when you drop it in.
What visitors see
The Athlete Search widget lets visitors search by name and open a Filters panel to narrow by sport, position, grad year, high school GPA, recruit type, and state — handy for a recruiter who only wants to see, say, 2027 outfielders. Results show name (linking to the athlete's public profile), sport, grad year, GPA, position, and a checkmark or x for committed status. If nobody matches, visitors see "No athletes found. Try a new search."
Only athletes with a completed profile show up in the directory, so an athlete who never finished their profile, or whose profile isn't visible, won't appear. Archived athletes drop out too, which is usually what you want once a class graduates. See Privacy and visibility for how athletes control that, and Why isn't my profile showing in the directory? if someone's missing.
Every embed carries a small "Powered by ProductiveRecruit" footer link. If your program is temporarily offline, visitors see a placeholder message instead of an empty directory.
Scoping to a team or sport
Beyond the All Spaces/specific-space scope on the embed itself, if your organization is set up around a single sport, the directory's sport filter and results automatically stay limited to that sport, no extra setup needed. For a roster embed scoped to one specific team rather than a whole space, use that team's own shareable link instead — see Team profiles.
What's next
- Set up the companion Committed athletes showcase widget to highlight your program's college commitments.
- Review Spaces and teams so your embed scoping matches how your organization is structured.
- Check Team profiles if you want a shareable page for one team instead of an org-wide directory.
