ProductiveRecruit has two kinds of accounts. Pick the one that matches who's doing the recruiting.
Athlete accounts
An Athlete account is for a single student-athlete (often set up with a parent) managing their own recruiting. You get the full toolkit (profile, college search, target list, email, campaigns, and tracking) for yourself.
Choose this if you're an athlete or parent and no club or school is running recruiting on your behalf.
Organization accounts
An Organization account is for a group running recruiting for many athletes:
- Clubs: travel, club, and academy programs supporting their players.
- High schools: athletic departments and coaches helping their student-athletes.
- Recruiting services: businesses that manage recruiting for athlete clients.
Organizations get everything athletes get, plus team-level tools: staff roles and permissions, athlete registration and bulk import, recruiting checklists, shared email templates, public team rosters, and an admin dashboard to see engagement across the whole roster.

Still not sure?
If you're an individual athlete, start with an Athlete account — you can always be added to an organization later if your club or school joins. If you coach or run a program, start an Organization account so your athletes inherit your templates, checklists, and branding.
